Metro District 3 includes the portion of Beaverton (2019 total population estimate of 100,000) south of TV Highway. This area s largely residential but also includes some municipal services such as the library. Major corridors are TV Highway and Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway-Farmington Road, Hall and Murray Boulevards, and Oregon 217. Beaverton is the northern terminus of WES – a commuter rail link.
